Mitch was always available to my husband and me, day and night and took time away from his
family, to come and sit with us and help clarify the loan process. As I am a first time buyer
I was very confused at times, not to mention stressed as most home buyers are.
There were times when we needed Mitch to go over information more than once. Never did
he bark or refuse to make the time for us.
Mitch was also in constant communication, either through email or phone. He was quick to answer all my questions.
It was quite the adventure as we went through each step of the loan process. He always communicated each step. And was quick to let us know if we needed to provide additional documentation.
My husband and I finally found the house we wanted to purchase and had our offer accepted by the end of October. Mitch was able to proceed quickly with our financing. As we were able to close on our house November 22nd, 2 weeks before we had to move out of our rental.
I can go on and on. Mitch is a wealth of information. And knows the industry inside and out.
